Heavy Metal Incursion, the Rogue's notes.

2021 custom Ford Mustang. Teasers Dockside Grille, 5/21/2022.

Cruisin' weekend once again. On and off the water. Dinner and a surf check on Friday. First boat launch. Jetted across the bay to Teasers for lunch on the water on Saturday. Heavy metal everywhere. A veritable incursion. Compliment to our excursion.
Barn 34's dueling softshells. Also
stuffed flounder, broiled salmon, and
a pulled pork grilled cheese. Good
stuff Maynard! 5/20/2022.

No burnt rubber here. Thigh-high crumbling low-riders. Smell the salt! 34th And Barn, 5/20/22.

Couple of good brews as well. Started with Victory's Whirlwind Citrus Wit. At 5.2% ABV, very refreshing pre-summer beer. Cloudy, orange-yellow body. 'Bout a single finger white head. Oranges, lemons and sweet malt in the aromas. Taste had very much the same, but with a little added spice, banana, and coriander. Crisp finish at an estimated 15 IBUs. Rated a B.

The Baltimore Club. Bacon, crab cake, and
shrimp salad on brioche.

Spent the Saturday cruisin' the back bays. Throwin' a line in. Aforementioned Teaser's Dockside Bar & Grille at Sunset Marina for an afternoon bite. Couple of Baltimore Clubs paired with Maine Beer Company's Lunch. Perfect, right!? Named after a whale spotted off the Maine coast, Lunch was a big IPA at 7% ABV served up in 22 oz. bottles. Hence, one was enough. Juicy aromas of grapefruit, oranges, and citrus with notes of pine. Similar traces of pine resins, more hoppy grapefruit in the taste. Flavors of tropical guava and honeydew. Malty sweetness on the backside and an estimated 50 IBUs of hop wonderment made for a smooth yet crisp finish. Gave this whale of a brew an A. The whole weekend...ocean, sand, bay, salt water, boat, rods, food, fish, beer, more Rods...A++!
